Very stylish, clean and quiet. Staff very helpful the only drawback was not a lot of cafes restaurants open around the hotel at that time of year,as the hotel doesn’t have a cafe or restaurant it was restrictive

The Four Seasons Hotel on George St, Sydney is excellent for location, comfort, luxury and service. We used the hotel spa and facilities before check in, and our room was ready early which was a bonus. The room was beautifully renovated- nice decor, very comfy bed and luxurious soft white linen, and west facing view toward the harbour bridge. The hotel service was very efficient and we received a small treat and message for the birthday being celebrated. Highly recommend FS for a luxury city...

We recently stayed for three nights in a refurbished Horizon Room at the Shangri-La Sydney and were thoroughly impressed from start to finish. The room was spotless, modern, and incredibly well equipped, nothing was overlooked. The nightly delivery of handmade fudge was such a thoughtful and luxurious touch that made us feel genuinely pampered.
Having Horizon Club access really elevated our experience. The lounge was a beautiful, serene space to enjoy breakfast, afternoon tea, and a canapé...

I have to say we have travelled to many places over the years and this is the nicest hotel room we have ever had.
It appeared to have everything you could need and comfort as well. The staff were lovely, shout out to Kevin who assisted me with a payment issue. This Hotel Is attached to the Star, with light rail underneath and is also only a short walk to Pyrmont Bay ferry. I definitely intend to stay here again :)

Everything about the Pullman Quay Grand at Sydney Harbour was just A-W-E-S-O-M-E !! We had the best time ever. Beginning with welcoming, friendly staff > then up to our beautifully furnished roomy accomodation , consisting of a large, self contained unit /king size bed ,etc, etc ("Luxury Plus")......as well as those breathtaking Harbour views from our very own balcony ?? This is without a doubt...truly the best place we have ever stayed . WE are coming back soon!!
