"My stay at The Ritz Carlton O’ahu, Turtle Bay exceeded all my expectations! I arrived early and was anticipating needing to wait a bit to check-in to my room, but to my delight, my room was ready AND I received a free room upgrade to ocean view. I almost fainted when I got to my room and saw the view I had from my lanai! All of the staff was warm, welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable about the island and activities. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that me and my family had the most perfect experience. The only thing I made note of is that there are people not staying at the property that come to visit, and they try participating in the activities that are exclusively for hotel guests - this happened twice for activities I was attending (lei making and hula dancing). I was surprised that non-resort guests were allowed to participate. That’s what our resort fees go towards, I believe. Anyways, that was minor in the grand scheme of things. This resort and the staff are top notch! I had the best time here and wept when I had to leave. I hope to return someday."

"We just returned from our Oahu vacation and staying at this property was definitely the highlight of our trip! Check-in was super easy and the unit was immaculately clean when we arrived. This is a corner unit, so you'll enjoy the views of the beach, ocean and pool area from all of the rooms. My kids are older -- 16, 20 and 25 -- so we appreciated having so much room, and big beds for everyone. While exploring the north shore during the day, we picked up fresh fish and ingredients for dinner so that we could cook in the well-stocked kitchen each night. We also grilled using one of the pool-side bbq's. We had breakfast at the hotel one day, but found it a bit crowded and noisy. We preferred hanging out at the peaceful pool and jacuzzi at the villas. We would highly recommend this property if you are on the North Shore! "

"The oceanside and beach access was lovely. The size of the rental was perfect for our needs as we basically used it as a landing zone b/w excursions and so did not spend a lot of time inside. The location was also great for what we had planned to see and explore!"
