"Our room was spacious, clean and had a nice ocean view with a balcony. The staff is absolutely wonderful. The area is very noisy, even on high floors, and the pool is for children but has no outdoor bar for adults."

"Came here for a wedding and decided to stay some days. Unfortunately I was a victim of domestic abuse & was assaulted .The staff was beyond exceptional & moved me into another room and helped me with my belongings. The security team came up to gather a report and make sure I was okay. I did not press charges but was presented the option. I will never forget how attentive and understanding everyone was. I want to thank John who is the angel that answered and sent me help. Joan was also so helpful as this person charged alcohol & food to my account without permission. The hotel kindly removed these charges. I hope to return to this amazing hotel."

"had a cozy room with a BEAUTIFUL beach view, had to get a new room due to a conflict in my plans n they gave me one on the spot and it still had a beach view! also i’d like to note that for both rooms they were both ready on the spot, saved the wait! also i am a woman who soloed this trip, i love how safe i felt in this hotel, it’s in the center of almost everything, definitely will come back next time! i recommend for solo travelers with a good enough budget!"
