Clean room. Amazing view from the 29th floor. Atrociously expensive parking. Decent location about 10 minutes walk from the beach. Some homelessness around so lock your car and keep valuable away from sight. Busy touristy area along the beach.

Cute and cozy

This is a perfect place to stay the night.....or several especially if traveling solo. Everything is within walking distance which was so nice! Loved the amenities (esp the pool deck area) and the apartment was cute and cozy.

Great location

Clean unit, close to restaurants and shops. Many food trucks are located across the street. Car rentals are adjacent to the building. Best of all, the beach is a 10 minute walk! We would stay here again.

Perfect Stay for a couple of days

Right on the bus line to go to Diamond Head. Close to pick-up point for the bus to the Polynesian Cultural Center. Nearby grocery store and food trucks. Perfect place to stay in Waikiki for a few days before our main trip to Maui.

Website pictures were accurate, condo was small but clean. The pool in the hot tubs were perfect! Parking was secure but expensive at $40 per night.

Location location location

This studio was in the perfect spot: walkable distance to Waikiki Beach and close to bus transportation to Diamond Head and Pearl Harbor. The room was great for viewing the city and mountains; comfortable bed too. Loved the coffee shop and pizza place downstairs too!

the condo is very small but excellent located. all is easy to reach, the beach, downtown and Chinatown. Air condition wasn't working properly so it was very sticky in the room and you don't want to open the window in 29th floor.....

We enjoyed our stay in this cute efficient studio. Was clean and bed linens were good. Only issue was aged toilet seat and unattractive bathroom cabinet.

The condo agent provided us very detail information about the check in procedures. He has a booklet in the condo which give us the wifi password, the information about the location. The condo is closed to the restaurants, grocery stores and beach. I can also walk to Wakiki DFS in less than 20 minutes.

Worth it!

Ash was very helpful and everything was very straight forward. The room itself was nice and tidy, just what we needed to just spend the night at and be able to go out all day. Just wish there were more pictures listed of the bathroom. Could’ve been cleaner, there were stains on toilet and trash can. Overall, my stay was pleasant and would definitely recommend this place!

Great Private Studio!

The room was very clean and all directions were clear! The beach andots of stores are very close and easily walked to! The in building parking was very convenient but pretty expensive. Overall a great place to stay!
