"It was a great stay, and a huge plus is that it is a non-smoking hotel. We did have a bit of a hiccup when checking into our room. We opened the door and it seems that there was something already checked inside! We were helped immediately and given a credit, but I still can’t help to think if someone walked into my hotel room what I would have thought. Other than that it is clean and modern. "

"Our room wasn’t ready to use the self check in kiosk. When we finally got to the counter they didn’t have a room ready for us at 10pm at night. Rep finally found us one. Couldn’t find a kiosk to check out and line was too long. Spent a hour on hold in the phone just to check out because we had to get to airport. Overall loved the hotel and would be back but there needs to be better customer service or improve self service. "
