"This place should definitely remove the word “luxury” from its name. I give it a legitimate 3 out of 10 because that’s simply what it is. Don’t expect anything nice. It worked for me, as a single man needing one night before skiing the next day. I wouldn’t bring a female or family. Front desk staff stays behind some curtain and it requires ringing the bell several times before they can be bothered to come out to offer assistance. Also, this is the earliest check out time (10am) I’ve ever seen. Evidently, it takes 6 hours to clean the rooms. At the end of the day, you get what you pay for. "

"Great experience except the charge for “resort fees” tacked on at check out. Just tell us the room cost up front and don’t add resort fees. This isn’t Vegas. "
