"This condo was in a decent location and it was clean. However, having a shower handle that is a long, pointy screw is unacceptable. The carpet desperately needs to be replaced and the beds were very uncomfortable. The carpet needs to replaced and the wifi did not work. Also, the remotes for the TV seemed to need batteries. Overall, a disappointment."

"The check in instructions were easy to follow and communication with the host was quick. We struggled to find building “b” as it’s down a ramp that is hard to see when you pull in but that was the only issue and not the property owners fault. It was clean and cozy. We really enjoyed staying here and would recommend to others! Location is great as well. "

"Great stay! We had two couples and a 3 year old and this place was great for the price in the area. Easy parking, easy walk to the bus (about 0.2miles?). The bus is a short ride to the first lift which was nice! The hot tub along the little creek was really cute. Hosts here very easy to communicate with. "

"We loved staying at Randy's! It had plenty of room for our group of 6, is clean and well furnished, and is conveniently right across the street from the Bear Lot shuttle and close to everything in the Beaver village. We had a couple suggestions for stocking a few more kitchen basics, but we were still able to cook everything we wanted. Hosts were super communicative via messaging and the check in and out was easy. We would love to be back!"

"This place is a hidden gem! 5 minute walk to bear lot (shuttle to beaver creek) and right across the street from the Aspens shuttle stop which connects to Vail. Nottingham Lake, Eagle river trail, liquor store, restaurants, and more were easily walkable as well. Unit itself was in great shape—it’s on the second floor which is nice, and only like 5 steps so not even a full flight to walk up. Extremely comfortable bed, great shower pressure, fully stocked kitchen, etc. Hosts were responsive, check...
