Stylish Condo Just 700 ft. from Beaver Creek Gondola

Conveniently-located home with mountain views at the Seasons in Avon right at the gateway to the world-class Beaver Creek Ski Resort. You'll enjoy the remodeled kitchen, bath, bedroom and living room where you can warm up by the fireplace. The Seasons at Avon features underground parking and is walking distance to shops, restaurants, Avon Recreation Center, Nottingham Park and Lake, and complimentary bus service around town or just $4 ($1 for ages <18) the lifts at Vail. Walk just 2 minutes (about 700 feet) to the Beaver Creek gondola or choose to take a free Skier Express bus just outside our door to Beaver Creek Village while your car stays parked free in our underground garage. For just $4 per adult and $1 per youth, 18 and under you can take a bus to Vail Village just 20 minutes away!

Enjoyed our stay. We cooked breakfast daily and had everything we needed. Location is across the street from the gondola and very convenient. Would stay here again for sure.

Great Location Avon condo

We stayed for 3 nights on our way from Denver to Moab. This condo was just right for our purposes -- centrally located and walkable to stores, restaurants, rec center, bike path, etc. The condo was exceptionally clean and well equipped. The only negative was the limited space to store your cloths.

The condo was very clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Restaurants and walking trails were within walking distance and the view was amazing! We truly enjoyed our stay!!

We loved staying here. It was right next to the mountain, the hosts were amazing, and great at communicating. The space was so clean, nice, and comfortable. We were only able to stay one night, next time I will book longer. We loved it!

We had a very pleasant time at this location. I had a random question when we got there and was able to immediately speak with the host on the phone! Ski shuttle is very conveniently located directly outside!!

Great location and had everything we needed!

Excellent location, just a short walk to gondola. Having locker for gear was very nice, and the parking garage was very easy to get in and out of. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook lunches and some dinners in. There was construction going on in the unit below which served as an early alarm clock, but that helped us get on the slopes early each day! Master bed is a Murphy bed so wasn’t the most comfortable but did the job. Overall an excellent stay!

Great location, clean and just fine!

This was an extremely clean place with lots of nice little amenities and a great kitchen. It’s a place I realistically could’ve stayed awake and been comfortable. You can walk everywhere from this location or take the local shuttle.

Beaver Creek Getaway

We had a great time! We spent the week skiing Beaver Creek, chilling and watching movies and just enjoying Colorado! The shuttle all around Avon and the gondola access so close by made our trip extra special. Comfortable, convenient, and just what we were looking for! Thanks for hosting us!

Immaculately clean, well proportioned condo in easy walk of the riverfront gondola. Lovely well appointed kitchen with full oven and 4 ring stovestope, full size fridge/freezer and dishwasher. We found the Murphy bed a little soft for us but that is our personal preference. The owners left lots of helpfull guidance and a large welcome hamper of snacks and hot chocolate. City Market and Dokinos pizza are about a 12 minute walk and there are other eatrries closer. We think it'sca great place to stay and have slready re-booked for next year.

Great stay!

Loved the place! Very clean and modern. Couches and bed were very comfortable. Was a warm day though. Wish I had asked the hosts where their fans were the night before or how to operate the AC. I also didnt realize that the gondola next to the place was closed for the season. At least there was a bus stop scross the street.

The space was clean, comfortable, and very conveniently located. The condo is close walking distance to other food options. We appreciated how everything was labeled and organized. Avon Condo

The unit was very nice; seemed to be recently remodeled with high-end surfaces and finishes. The sofa bed was a few years old but not bad. The location was great!! Avon Station, a major bus stop for multiple bus lines (including the free skier shuttle to Beaver Creek Village at the mountain base) was right across the street. There was also a gondola just 700 feet from the building. The included underground parking was a huge plus! The only thing we didn't like were some noisy neighbors but it wasn't any worse than you get at just about any hotel / lodging facility.

Exactly what we needed

This was exactly what we needed for a quick getaway. My son and I went to a festival in Beaver Creek. We played in Vail on day 1, then checked in and stayed overnight here, and then checked out and wrapped up day 2 in BC. It was perfect for us. Easy to find, easy to access, and very calm and peaceful to stay. My son (8) said “It’s not actually our home but it felt like home”. We would love to return again down the road. Possibly for a longer stay.

Well thought out, comfortable and small touches that make you feel welcome

Couldn't have asked a better 3 night ski getaway for our family of 4! We stay at many vacation rentals and sometimes feel like second class citizens, but Doug and Angie go the extra mile to make you feel like you're home and most importantly - WELCOME. A basket of snacks, waters, upgraded soaps, and setting up the air mattress prior to arrival are just a few of the things that made this stay extra special. The unit was plenty comfortable for the 4 of us and the proximity to the Riverfront Gondola at Beaver Creek for skiing made it the perfect location! 5 * all the way!

Amazing hosts, wonderful week

My husband and I needed a vacation and he had never been to Colorado. Previously I had stayed in Vail and wanted to be away from the touristy sections. Vail is only about 11 minutes from Avon so it was close enough to visit as often as we liked. Nottingham park was lovely. The condo itself is everything you need away from home. Doug & Angie communicate promptly and give great instruction. I highly recommend this place! My favorite part was opening the sliding glass door in the morning to enjoy the cool breeze. The weather could not have been more perfect! The view from the balcony is lovely!

Nice place

Doug and Angie thank you for welcoming us to stay at your property in Avon. It was a short stay but we found everything to be good. The kitchen seemed well stocked. The only thing I would suggest Doug and Angie to focus on in the future is more storage. I really didn’t see much storage there, if my husband and I had stayed there for a week instead of 2 days we would have had to live out of our suitcase which isn’t ideal. Perhaps a dresser only for guest use in the bedroom? The ski locker in the garage took some getting use to but once you figure it out it is all good. The gondola is like one minute away which is super awesome. Adding a bench into the ski locker room would be nice to have, but I’m sure that’s not within Doug and Angie’s control. We appreciated the amenities provided included bord games to play. Thank you Doug and Angie for a comfortable stay, I look forward to potentially returning next year!
