Nothing about the services were explained nothing about the meal. Nothing about the Internet or anything along those lines. It was just a very cold and what seem to be a robotic check-in.The hotel is very outdated but comfortable There weren’t any USB charges that I could see in the room. The beds were comfortable. unfortunately there was no body wash in the bathroom. It was completely empty.. check out process was easy and quick"

"Very clean and tidy, we stayed with a 10 year old and 4 week old, not very practical having the main bed inches away from the walls on both sides to have the bassinet next to the bed. Otherwise super clean, lovely modern amenities and easy check in and out process. "

"The Crystalbrook in Newcastle was a pleasant stay for a weekend. The rooftop bar was great, though very busy and they weren't wrong - you need to book for dinner! The room was great, everything is fairly new so it was clean and not worn out. Location is walkable to lots of local attractions, Darby St and the waterfront are all walkable if you're able to. "
