"Certainly not clean. Dirty carpet and dirty bedsheets in the first room - they transferred me to another room which was not a great improvement. "

"The staff are so thoughtful and go beyond the call of duty- Trish was on when I arrived at 3am after having a day in hospital and she could not do enough to try to be kind and helpful "

"Room needs a real good deep clean - lots of grime in the corners and on the skirtings, smudges on mirrors and glass, foul odour coming from the shower drain. I requested a late check out but the cleaners barged in at 10am on the dot (the time of the original check out time). A couple of the staff members were lovely and a couple others were very unhelpful - asking them anything seemed like a bother and they gave very short 'yes' or 'no' responses with a sigh. A bit of a strange location without any vibe. "
