"Very nice property, was very clean and we enjoyed our stay. John's communication was excellent. Just could of done with a small bin in each bedroom and there was only 1 dishwasher tablet but these are only minor things but holiday and house was very adequate for our stay at Newbiggin on the sea. We even spotted dolphins from the bedroom window. Parking was ok on the road outside. 5 stars given. Kevin and family"

The property is comfortable, spacious and well equipped with everything needed to prepare meals if required but there are plenty of pubs/restaurants within easy walking distance. Parking is on street and not directly outside the cottage but can be as little as 50m away depending on how busy it is (we were never more than 200m away from the cottage). The property is located in the grounds of the owner’s property who provided us with a warm welcome and recommended places to eat and walk. Plenty of parking, next to The Railway Inn pub, lovely camping site and the cottage was lovely. Very spacious, nicely decorated and the facilities that were provided were much more than expected.
