Check in is so easy here. Staff are great. Room was nice and clean. Area around the hotel is great, plenty of shops and places to eat. Easy walk to the city centre or 5 mins to the metro station to either city centre or airport.

Located a just outside the city centre. Use the Q3 bus outside the hotel or the metro which is a little walk away. Room was clean and had everything you needed. Situated near a major supermarket, popular coffee shop and loads of eateries. Reasons for giving it 4 stars. 1. No lift and I was on the top floor with a heavy suitcase. 2. Had to pay £2 for luggage storage.

Third stay at this hotel which has been really useful whilst visiting our daughter living in the Newcastle area. Hotel is clean, staff are helpful, free parking. Location in Jesmond a pleasant area with small shops and 5 minute walk to metro.

Lovely hotel bang in the middle of Jesmond. Great bar in the hotel and at their sister hotel. Really friendly staff. Thank you so much to the lovely receptionist for all your help. The chaotic Butterworths!!

Great location, fantastic price and value. Reception staff were so helpful and let us park two cars overnight free of charge too. I stay often as it’s cheaper than two taxis. The main building is the best, good bar and lovely breakfast.

We stayed for a night. For an affordable price the hotel was good. The room was spacious with enough space. There was parking available but first come first served. At night it was difficult to find any staff as we stayed in the Carlton hotel (their sister company)on the opposite side of the road. We tried to look for a staff to find out some information but no one was there. But other than that the hotel was nice.
