"I've stayed here before; I'm usually glad to come back to the Manhattan Club. BUT, this time the housekeeping staff failed to replenish the coffee, we couldn't get the coffee maker to work on the second day, and the room was freezing cold (69 degrees) our first night; I turned the temp up to 73, but it was 78 degrees in our room when I awoke, totally overheated. Wish we had a better stay."

"Host was so accommodating and friendly. Location was perfection with easy access to the subway and lots of restaurants and bars. We didn’t know but on Sunday there was a little street market around the corner. We loved our stay! Would definitely recommend it and stay there again if we are ever in the city again!"

"The worst booking I've ever made.The host never provided the check in information to me or VRBO. A day before check in she told VRBO she provided the info and had not. So, VRBO had to look at all our VRBO messages to determine that she had not provided the check info. She did not answer numerous calls from VRBO. Finally she texted me saying "I told you everything is fine", referring to a text sent a over week prior. Then I received numerous very long ranting rude texts. I finally blocked her...

"Neighborhood was quiet at night. Subway was only a few blocks away. Parking garage was around the corner. We enjoyed our stay."
