We needed an affordable place near Columbia University and enjoy having our own kitchen. We loved the opportunity to stay in a historic NYC brownstone and this VRBO was delightful and had excellent proximity to the 125th subway stop where we met up with our daughter who lives near the Columbia campus.

Loved it.. Lovely building. Everything is super cozy. It was a quiet neighborhood. Very close to the sub way. Everything was clean and functional. No bugs. Bed was comfortable.
