Spectacular space and location!

Spectacular space and location! Such a beautiful and large home. Extremely clean with brand new everything. Every room was so comfortable and quiet with plenty of privacy. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and will certainly look to book with Kaz again!!!

Nice place and great location!

11 adults were able to stay here comfortably. It's a very convenient location with easy access to the subway. The only (minor) complaint we had is that there are no hooks or bars for towels in any of the bathrooms so it was difficult to to find a place to put things between showers.

This space was a perfect spot to stay for a family wedding with guests from out of town. The location is near a green space to walk the pup, and near stores to replenish what was needed. Parking is on the street but we had no trouble finding spaces.The space is clean and well-maintained.

Uptown manhattan!!

Quiet neighborhood and safe. The unit was clean, plenty of towels, hot water and close to subway. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Downtown was easy to get to by subway.

Home away from Home!

The home and location are beautiful. My family and I felt safe and comfortable our entire stay. The property manager and owner were very responsive and accommodating, making everything from booking to checking in and out a breeze. The house was our haven in the thriving, fast-paced city that never sleeps. We loved every minute of our stay. Thank you!

Spacious and comfortable

This was a great space for our group of 6. It was amazing to find spot in the city with so many beds and bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and it was very quiet. It was very clean. There was great communication from the hosts and they even helped us coordinate a time we could drop off our luggage early on check in day. We enjoyed the location by the river park.

Kaz and his team did a wonderful job hosting us throughout our New York trip. The duplex was perfect for our group of 7 and could honestly fit more people comfortably if needed. The location was very safe and convenient with subways, restaurants, and grocery stores all within walking distance. Will definitely consider staying here again when I am back in New York!

Perfect spot

We were in town for a family occasion, this was a perfect spot for us. The spaces were comfortable, plenty of bathrooms, comfortable beds with plenty of linens. Everything is new and fresh. It's clearly a new rental, so some small things are still in development, like a towel rack in the bathrooms, and the new keys can get a little sticky. But we're likely to come back the next time my sister throws a big party!

Book club Trip

Seven women over 70 spent 5 days in the apartment, and it was wonderful. The location is perfect. Instead of feeling like you are in the chaos of New York, you feel part of the neighborhood. Central Park was a short walk away. We even saw a film being made at the end of the block. Everything in the apartment is new and fresh. Will book again the next time we are in New York. We even discussed the book for about 3 minutes.

Fantastic UWS stay

The unit was amazing. It was just as pictured! 4 separate bedrooms - 3 with queens and one with 2 queens. There are three total full baths, one of which is an ensuite. It was a Very quick walk to the train station. The unit was spacious and clean. The area is quiet with a few bodegas and late night pizza nearby. Communication with the host was really easy and the checkin/checkout was flexible as our flights changed. We plan on staying again during our next visit to NYC.

Lovely apartment on the upper west side!

We had a family long weekend with 6 adults in NYC. Communication with the manager and check-in was easy. We loved the quiet neighborhood with Riverside Park and many cafes/restaurants within walking distance. The subway was just a few blocks away for getting downtown. The rooms were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. The only odd thing about the apartment is that the front window is not clear, and can't open because the sofa blocks it. It's fine if you are just using the place to sleep, but I would be a little claustrophobic if I was spending a ton of time there. The smaller bedroom downstairs doesn't have a closet or anywhere to hang or put clothing - good to know if you'll be using that room. It was great for 6 people, but would be a little tight for 8 adults. Overall we had a great stay and enjoyed the apartment.
