"We given a a mobilty accessable room .Floor tiles in bathroom slippery when wet.Dead bus in bathroom light fittings .Handbasin that low it hurt our backs. Pebbles on bedroom floor ,dusty skirting boards, bedroom door very difficult to open &close.Outside traffic very loud."

"We had a amazing stay staff were super helpful went out of there way to make our stay perfect..we were upgraded to a better room with full buffet breakfast couldn't fault anything. Had beautiful neighbours who said good morning everyday even after major surgery. Every staff member in thr place were amazing will stay again for sure..thankyou for making our stay perfect"

"Staff not friendly, room was average bathroom is tiny and looks like a portaloo toilet runs for 10 minutes after flushing beds smell and are lumpy not comfortable, coffee cups supplied needed to be washed before use, we took the stairs as the lift sounds like it’s going to break down and the mini fridge in the room was old and had broken shelves. The whole place needs to be renovated not worth $194 per night budget places are better "

"Fantastic views over Newcastle and South Newcastle beaches. Check in/out was smooth and the staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was provided at no extra cost. The rooms are extremely well maintained and serviced. Was the second time in 2 weeks we’ve stayed there. The property is close to restaurants along the Harbourside. "

"Great location and overall a decent stay. Nothing fancy but clean and updated rooms. The hallways and stairs could use a more frequent vaccum :) The basement parking has EV chargers (paid) which is great."
