Because my husband is an amputee we were given the keys to 3 cabins to choose the most appropriate for his condition.

There was a little mould in the bathroom but I wouldn’t let that stop me from returning could not fault anything else my room and pol area were amazing.

Port Stephens is one our favourite places, we've stayed at many places in the area over many years, from our recent stay, the Anchorage is by far the best. We stayed in room 102, it was lovely, modern, a beautiful bathroom and comfortable bed, but we discovered a slight problem. At breakfast, the Manager, Ali was discreetly going around greeting and making everyone feel welcome. When we mentioned our problem to Ali his response was immediate and satisfying. It is obvious from his leadership and...

The communication from the owners was fantastic, our room was great - had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this accommodation. Close to everything - lovely.

Everything about this place was great. Smooth check-in and check-out process. Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. Walking distance to shopping centre (across the road), with dining options and the likes of Coles, bowling, Chinese & Thai cuisine, KFC. Few minutes drive to activities such as sand boarding, camel rides, go karting, aircraft museum and more. The main feature is by far the wrap around pool although the water temp is cool during winter. The spa and sauna made up for it though....

We had a lovely relaxing time. We were in walking distance to the water and shops and cafes

had a great time there great location close to shops and the beach quiet and convenient with security parking

Did not like the spa /shower combo. I have mobility problems and trying to get into the shower was a problem. The picture shown in sample room on the internet was not the same.

Facilities: Nice ; Value: Affordable; Service: Good; Cleanliness: Spotless; Close to all facilities

Great spot close to everything lots to do beautiful highly recommended

The room 303 is spacious, has a beautiful view, with a great balcony. The room was clean and welcoming with a lot of daylight. The spa was a bonus, that we were not aware when we booked the room. The staff was very friendly, and allowed us earlier check-in. They helped us (sent an IT specialist to our room) when we struggled to connect to free Wi Fi. Our stay was very pleasant and also a great value for money! We are looking forward to coming again, very soon!

Super friendly staff, secure parking (lock up), clean room (Covid clean), site is within a short walking distance from numerous dining and entertainment facilities, any request to the venue wasn't an issue and they even picked up on the fact that it was our wedding anniversary and left chocolates and a bottle of wine in our room.

Stayed here over the New Year and was very impressed with the service, cleanliness (room cleaned daily) and staff friendliness. Towels, tea, coffee provided each day of our stay. Management very friendly and helpful, he even surprised us on New Year's Day with complimentary freshly made cappuccinos. Overall an excellent place to stay. I will definately be returning.

This motel is a hidden gem. It's beautifully maintained with really lovely managers. My room was very clean and very comfortable. I had all I needed and more. I travel a lot for work and can absolutely recommend this motel as a great place to stay.

Loved the location and place in general. Amazing location and friendly staff. Happy to come again
