"Staff was extremely attentive and helpful. Room was ready for our arrival, which was great. We were able to use bicycles which was a nice amenity. Breakfast in the mornings was very good and we had dinner 3 nights and food was delicious. Kudos to staff and chefs. "

"Tiny room with a massive shower. Very comfortable bed and the room was both modern and clean. Extremely small space (you climb onto the bed from the bottom only and there is enough space for the door tomorrow and you need to move around it to enter) so more recommended for solo travellers. Location not central but easy enough to get to central within 30min walking and using ferry. "

"I specifically wrote a note about refilling the shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand wash and getting a pillow and when I came back to the hotel room the note was turned around and all the stuff I asked remained the same. I called the reception to get the refills so they gave me some during at night which is inconvenient. Also I checked the toilet trash can its not emptied and this is completely unacceptable. I paid this much amount for this room and I got this kind of service?"
