Me gustó mucho el hotel, bien ubicado cerca al centro pero alejado del bullicio. El personal excelente siempre amables y sonrientes. Rico el bufette del desayun, nos encantó. Tuvieron el gran detalle de cantarme feliz cumpleaños y me dieron un lindo obsequio. Volveré sin duda y lo super recomiendo.

Chambre avec balcon très propre. Literie très confortable. Personnel très aimable et bienveillant. La salle de bain est fonctionnelle mais un peu petite et sa décoration est minime. Hôtel situé en bordure du centre ville avec une jonction très facile grâce au bus qui s’arrête presque devant l’hôtel. Wifi gratuit fonctionnel. Il manque un équipement multimédia un peu plus moderne dans la chambre, TV fonctionnelle mais assez limitée. Nous n’avons pas opté pour le parking de l’hôtel celui-ci étant trop onéreux par rapport à la concurrence.

Best bed I’ve ever slept in! Loved the artwork all over the hotel, including the splash in my room. Breakfast was pricey, but totally worth it!!! Staff were friendly and helpful and made it easy to feel at home. Loved this place!!

The hotel itself was very clean and quiet. Environmentally conscious and friendly front desk staff. Very reasonable price and close to a public transportation stop (2 minutes walk at most.) Conversely, my experience at restaurant attached to the hotel was quite different. According to them, their pool cleaning caused…rodent issues at the restaurant, to which I saw. Their initial response to this feedback was somewhat defensive but apologetic once they confirmed my identity. Not sure what my room number had to do with their rodent issues, but they responded with an apologetic note in my room afterwards. Food was underwhelming and I lost my appetite after the running rat.

Very much enjoyed our stay at the westcord art hotel, the staff were excellent and very helpful. It’s a very straightforward journey from the airport to the hotel with a very short train journey then the number 22 bus .the bus is also very good for getting you into town centre. It’s also a very leisurely 30 minute walk into the centre from the hotel. We would definitely stay there again

Great value, very clean, cool / modern decor. It’s a bit out of town but there’s a bus stop right outside which gets you to the centre of town in 10 mins. You can also rent bikes directly from the hotel for €15/day, or an uber is ~€10. Everything you need for a city break in Amsterdam
