We had a wonderful night’s stay at The Highland House! The staff was welcoming, friendly and very helpful! We slept well on very comfortable beds. The room was clean, well decorated and we appreciated the free coffee, tea and water. They also gave us a free bottle of Prosecco for staying in the wine cellar room! Very kind! Would definitely recommend!

The hotel was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and helpful when we had any questions. Loved the breakfast buffet option. The food was great. The rooms were amazing too. Loved the different themed rooms. The beds were very comfortable and had all the amenities needed such as hair dryer and coffee maker. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place. Nice and cozy stay.

Excellent family room - loved all the little amenities - the complimentary Prosecco was a hit with my wife. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location to explore the city. Perhaps the wardrobe space was a little small for a family of 4. But I’d definitely book here again. Thanks

We stayed in the Garage room. The room was a very nice size considering that rooms in Europe are generally smaller than those we are used to in North America. All of the amenities we needed were provided, the mini bar was well stocked, and the turn down service was lovely.
