"Jane is a great hostess - she communicated well with us prior to our stay and was on hand to answer any questions. She even 'puppysat' for us the first night! The cottage is located less than a 5 min walk from the main street of Daylesford and just a 5 minute walk down to the Lake. Very comfy beds and a well stocked kitched - and a lovely treat of Easter eggs for us to fill up on. The garden had loads of seated areas to sit and enjoy coffee and read. Highly recommend. "Great ambience. A lovely getaway place for a couple. Daylesford is a walking town. It’s a decent hill but manageable. And the driveway at the Manse is steep. I stayed in an upstairs room which was lovely."
