"Amazing location, loved the snacks and little bits and pieces which makes for an easy stay. However, the mattresses on the bed was awful, I actually went and purchased a mattress topper. The couch wasn’t much better, for a luxury resort this really let the stay down."

"The location is great however many aspects of the property were disappointing: Basins and kitchen sink were not cleaned properly, kitchen benches also not clean. The tea towels were marked and had holes despite there being new ones in the linen closet. Fridge hadn't been cleaned either. The back deck has holes which were covered by a rug that also has holes. Two lights in the family room weren't working - we replaced the globes but one still didn't work. Doors out to the deck from a bedroom were...
