"When I arrived there was some construction going on in my booked room on the property. So, the reception upgraded me into an executive room because it was there fault. I also had some boxes that I needed to take to Auckland and I did not want to keep them in my car while visiting customers in Hamilton. So, I asked the reception to keep those big boxes with them for two days until I leave the Motel on Friday. They allowed me to do that. Excellent customer service."
