The property was nice and clean and the location was close to the Chartwell shopping center. The communication was excellent as I was a little early arriving and was giving early access to enter the accommodation. Thank you for a awesome stay.

A GREAT STAY

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the facilities, nice white towels and linen, modern bathroom and toilets. The WiFi was very easy to join and entry to the house and room was very effective and simple to use as indicated by the simple instructions forwarded by text. I would recommend this property and I'd stay again.

It had an amazing orange tree in the back yard which the owner graciously shared its fruit. The keypad security was for ease of entry with no extra keys to worry about. It was warm with a heat pump in the room which supported the heat transfer system.

Average air bnb like property

Didnt realise this was like an air bnb when i booked! Just glad i got a private bathroom! Room was clean. Bathroom hadnt been cleaned, was black hair in shower and in corners. Coffee cups weren't clean and still wet inside. No teaspoon in room. No top bed sheet which was odd. Good for a cheap place to sleep.

Listing for property stated “you will have the entire house to yourself and only share with members of your party” but on arrival, there were other cars in the driveway and I noticed there were other people in the other rooms. The others were quiet and considerate and there were no issues, it just would have been nice to know there were going to be others in the house. Shared bathroom and kitchen. No living room and no tv in the room. Not a problem for this stay as I was only there to sleep but wouldn’t be ideal if spending more time there. Each room had a keypad lock on the door as did the front door, so felt secure enough. Overall it was good for the purpose of this visit to Hamilton.
