Amora Hotel Wellington - Wellington Hotels

Amora Hotel Wellington

"Great Location"
We booked an "Amora Affair" break for 3 nights. We had a great room with harbour views, and each day of our stay had delivered to our room a bottle of bubbly and delicious chocolates. Breakfast, which was extensive, was also included in the tariff. There are many activities within an easy walk from the hotel. The city centre is also an easy walk.

" Wellington to visit main attractions"
Did not have our car, we were able to walk everywhere. Shops, eating places, theatre, & other attractions all very handy. Hotel Staff very helpful. Information Centre and Hop on Hop Off bus stop just across the street. Gold card very useful for seniors during certain times. Found Wellington to be a very friendly place. Found a couple of very good shows to go to.

Gourmet Stay - Wellington Hotels

Gourmet Stay

25 Frederick Street, Wellington - Map
"One overnight stay"
Lovely, quaint place and proprietor very friendly. Did not realise the bathroom was not part of the room and so would not probably stay again. Needed water in my room so would like to have had a few 'amenities'. Clean and tidy. My alarm went off at 0600, so that was rather irritating. Glorified back packers.

    Accommodation in Wellington

Wellington may be a small city, but it is full of superlatives. It is the southernmost capital and has been called the ‘coolest little capital in the world.’ It presents to you all the best New Zealand has to offer within easy reach - mountains and hills, wineries and beaches, bays and islands. It is also vibrant and modern, with plenty of art galleries, cultural venues, and gourmet restaurants nestled between the hills of Makara and the spectacular Wellington harbour. Don’t forget to take the cable car from Lambton Quay up to the Botanic Gardens and enjoy the magnificent view over the city.
