"It's centrally located and the rooms are spacious with all of the mod cons you would expect including a small oven and dishwasher. And the staff are exceptional as well."

"We arrived on a morning flight from Auckland at 7am. The purpose for our visit to Wellington was for the Marvel Convention for my 3yo godson. Check in was at 3pm. Staff allowed us to check into one of the rooms that was ready early. The rooms were nice and clean. The phones were down and advised reception who gave me their card and advised to ring directly to them. The view at the restaurant was beautiful. Didn’t get a chance to eat there but next time will give it a go.
I highly recommend if...
"Great service and everything, but very scary ambiance. Everything is painted black, making it dark and uneasy. The hallways are dark, as is the shower and room. The bathrooms are all mirrors, which makes going to the toilet very scary, as you can see all of yourself in the mirror."
"Great location, great having 24 hour front desk as we arrived from Australia around 3am. With shops right at your door most things are in walking distance. "

"Great service, loved the quirkiness and such helpful staff. Even though our room was small, it was very cosy and had everything we needed. The goodies in the lobby were an unexpected treat too. The only thing I would say is that the personal check in is much more friendly and efficient than the digital one. Loved our stay . Many thanks. "

"This isn't a review, rather a comment. I think it'd be helpful if there were more luggage trolleys available. At check out time I asked for one to be brought to our room and after 15 mins gave up waiting. I was told later,at reception, that the one trolley that could have been available was already in use. I wondered why there was only one. I admit such trolleys are bulky. Overall our stay was good.

I highly recommend if your looking for accommodation to stay there. Restuarant, supermarket, waterfront, Te Papa all within a block of this location. The beehive is a 9minute drive. Money well spent for the one night 5 of us were there"

"Had a really nice stay here, room was nice and modern with all your standard facilities you would expect. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of options for the warm breakfast and continental breakfast. The only negative I found in the whole stay was the toilets downstairs by the food area. These were in awful condition, with what seemed like sick or some other fowl substance on the walls. Not pleasant. But still give the experience 5 stars overall"
"Fabulous location and great for families. Spacious rooms and seperate lounge full kitchen and Cooking facilities a huge plus but also well located to lots of different eating options. Definitely be staying here again!"
