We really enjoyed the Intercontinental club - the chef and attendants there were so nice and inviting. They made the stay and our visits to the club - for breakfast, tea time, drinks and appetizers - so relaxing and enjoyable. The room was very clean and gave us a comfortable night's sleep.

This is a very nice hotel. The room was very nice and bed very comfortable. It was located near the shops and restaurants so very convenient. Staff was nice but didn't have that wow experience we had with some of the other hotels on our trip. We will definitely stay again.

The check out person asked how my stay was and I said “ok” but she didn’t follow up with me. Felt like it was a robotic question with no real intention to know how my stay really was. The building is just old and worn. The vent in the bathroom was loud. Carpet in the room was old. The interior was lack lustre. Sound proofing of the room was weak. The pool area was enjoyable and staff were friendly and helpful

Lovely stay for a family wedding, great service and variety of breakfast options. We used the spa on one occasion which was lovely.

Loved this hotel for just being a good hotel; Reasonable pricing, comfortable beds and pillows, helpful attentive polite staff, lovely bathrooms with products loved by Victoria Beckham, pool, spa, sauna, plunge pool. Looking forward to the ground floor being finished. Then it will be a 10/10

The hotel is clean and the room was very nice. There were glitches both at check in and check out. The mini bar charges were incorrect
