"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is quiet and out of the way, yet close enough to the few restaurants in the area and very convenient for a visit to the Hobbiton Movie Set. "everything is perfect except for the latest check out time is 10am. 3pm-10am is not enough for enjoy the stay. Another issue is there is no walk-in bathroom in the room. "Picked property largely on location. Could not get response from owner and different checkout times. NOT owner's FAULT. They had never heard of VRBO. Must be some deal between rental companies.
