Wonderful to stay with our hosts. Wonderful property, fabulous views, great conversation and fun with Goldie the beautiful and friendly dog. Fantastic breakfast as well.

Gorgeous view over the lake. Located about 15-20 minutes from Cambridge and 20 minutes from Hobbiton, this was a nice small B&B for our visit. The owner is very friendly and the breakfast was very good.

Lovely place incredible views and spectacular host

Gorgeous views and sunset each night with a cozy room and knock your socks of shower! Best one we’ve encountered in New Zealand. Jets all over to relax your tired and sore body after exploring all day. Collin and Jan were delightful and I highly recommend this place! We’d love to come back here

Lovely property with amazing views. Great hosts. Perfect breakfast. Close to lots of activities eg Waitomo, Tirau, Cambridge, Hobbiton but you need a vehicle.

Nette Gastgeber und sehr große im englischen Stil eingerichtete Zimmer. Sehr schöner Ausblick über Lake Karapiro. Die Fenster zur Seeseite sollte man aber nachts schließen weil unten der Highway vorbei führt. Zur Gartenseite ist es dagegen sehr ruhig.

Very pleasant stay with friendly hosts. Perhaps it would have been nice to have a cool room on arrival on the hottest day this year, the room had not had the air conditioner turned on, so it did take a while to cool. Blankets were provided to replace the very fluffy duvet which is too heavy for summer, perhaps a lighter summer weight duvet would be better? Over all a very comfortable stay and highly recommended.
