3/5 - Okay
Putaruru is a small town that could benefit from some tourist trade. Not much to offer unfortunately.

Reception person was unfriendly, powered milk for hot drink, no flannels. Hot water for shower non existent. Someone arrived behind building at 6am towing caravan and working on it loudly. Nil secure parking. Disappointing - another couple unhappy also with service and presentation.
