"Incredibly spacious rooms, a beautiful onsen that’s open early and late in the day, it’s a wonderful hotel! The building is noticeably older but everything is extremely well maintained. There is a Familymart just a minute’s walk down the street, along with bus stops that will take you to all the local attractions with min a ten to twenty minute ride! The views of the mountains are stunning, just a great and very affordable place stay (the hotel buffet breakfast is worth paying for, too. Great selection!)"

He was professional, knowledgeable, accommodating, thoughtful, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout our entire stay. WITH A SMILE, he helped us with so much from learning how to start the washer/dryers to calling restaurants to see if we could get in, to providing restaurant suggestions, to answering our many questions when he seemed to be extremely busy. I know a spirit of excellence when I see it…he went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed! Yoshika was GENUINELY committed to making our experience as enjoyable and stress-free as possible, and we greatly appreciate that. I would highly recommend this hotel just on him alone!"
