"Probably the best hotel I have ever stayed at in Japan. The hotel is a nice mix of traditional and contemporary. Everything was depicted exactly as it was shown in the photos. The onsen wasn't too crowded. The location was perfect. I recommend getting dinner at the hotel it was exceptional. The entire staff was was next level service. I would stay here again if I could."

"Spacious, clean rooms. Loved the outdoor bath and view from the balcony. Staff was very attentive and greeted us with a delicious mochi treat and tea while they readied our room. Also personally showed us the facility and took us to our room. The dinner and breakfast was also outstanding and delicious! The dinner meal was served in courses rather than all at once and the attention to detail was outstanding. Loved the resort and would definitely consider visiting again!"

"my husband and i came to the Hotel Indigo Hakone for a night during our honeymoon. this stay was definitely a highlight of our trip. the room was absolutely gorgeous with our private outdoor bath. the surrounding area was beautiful to look at. we had a very relaxing time and experienced great service from the staff. we also enjoyed the convenience of the free shuttle bus from the odawara station.
