"Location is very convenient to all great areas of New Orleans! Street car stop a couple blocks away, also hop on hop off not far at all! The master bedroom is noisy- earplugs are a must! Second bedroom very quiet and dark. Host was great and easily assessable! Would definitely recommend!!"

"I realize this property is under construction, and it was very comfortable, however the bathroom sink and the pedestal are not attached in the bathroom and it's a safety hazard. There's also a lot of weak floor boards and they tend to pinch your feet if you're in bare feet."

"This was such a pleasant apartment . The two spacious bathrooms were clean and convenient. My husband and I took one bedroom and our 3 college kids slept in the other bedroom with king size bed. There is small couch in living room and two small chairs. The kitchen was open to the living room with countertop and benches. It was actually bigger than my home kitchen. Great location! Thank you"

"The home itself was beautiful. You felt at home. There was a coffee make, electric kettle, blender, utensils, pots and pans...almoat everything. The rooms were spacious plus a pull out couch. Definitely kid friendly. My niece and daughter had a blast. I loved the open room concept. My dad even got his daily physical therapy in the pool. There are a lot of restaurants, nail salon, liqour atore on St. Charles and even a Columbian restaurant next door to the property. I will definitely book this...

"The place was very well maintained.very nice and properly stocked. The only issue was the hot water was minimum in the shower. We had to contniue to turn the hande. But that wouldnt stop us from coming back though. We really enjoyed the location. Very safe and comfortable plce."

"Immaculate and comfortable. Walkable to everything! Loved that our favorite breakfast place Ruby Slipper is right next door! Close to convenience stores to pick up water and snacks. Comfy beds, quiet in bedrooms, nice big bathrooms. Entire building was super clean and felt very safe. We were even allowed to check in early - very helpful! We had a lovely weekend and would definitely stay here again."

"We stayed four nights for a family wedding weekend. The place was well setup and week equipped. We had rented an electric car. The description said there was a EV charger but there wasn't, so we got a minor discount. Some pictures were off the walls. It was a little tough to lock and unlock the door. Mostly it was very nice."

"Like all the other reviews state, this place could use maintenance and a deep clean. Everything we touched was clean, the bathroom, shower, kitchen, sheets etc. It's a cute place in an old house. I love old historic houses. A few nights were pretty cold out and the heater had a tough time keeping up, so it was a bit cold inside. The place is with in walking distance of a grocery store, restaurants and the French quarter isn't a far walk away either. For the price I think is was a good value."
