Pets welcome at the owners discretion. Please do not book then advise as we don't wish to disappoint. Pet Levy Applies. Secure fencing around the perimeter of the home.

LINEN This property provides the basic linen package which includes mattress protectors, doonas, doona covers, pillows, pillow protectors. You are to bring top sheet, bottom sheet, pillow slips, bathroom towels, bathroom floor mat, bathroom hand towel, Beach towels.
Hire linen is available. Contact our office for prices which includes delivery and bedding made up prior to arrival. Hire linen orders must be received at least 1 week prior to arrival during the year, 4 weeks prior during Summer peak times from 1 December to 31 January.

Strictly no schoolie groups bookings, events, or parties. Only mature guests will be considered. Instant bookings that do not comply with the minimum requirements will not be accepted and will be cancelled. Our booking terms and conditions cancellation policy will apply.
