The house is perfect for families, 2-3 couples or corporate staff members looking to stay in a convenient and strategic location. It takes only 7 minutes to walk to the railway station, which is a direct line to the city.
The shopping centre (Broadmeadows Central) is right across the railway station. It has a cinema, foodcourt, large grocers such as Coles, Woolworths, Aldi & Saccas, and has everything you need.
The airport is only a short ride of about 15 minutes (by car or by bus). Parking is free at the house or on street. The house is able to fit up to 4 cars.
The kitchen is equipped with appliances such as the oven, microwave, toaster and kettle. The living area features a Smart TV and comfy sofas.
The main bathroom features a separate shower and bath and a toilet.
The bedrooms all feature a comfy bed with a work desk and chair.
We can accomodate a maximum of 5 guests.
Relax at this house with a half basketball court, a massive backyard and a large frontyard.
