Clean and spacious family friendly home with large outdoor Hot Tub.

The house really is a home away from home.

Split system air-conditioning / heating in all bedrooms and the living room as well as gas ducted heating for the colder months. The lounge area has an internet linked TV with Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime, Apple TV, and a PlayStation 3 with several games.

The dining table can easily accommodate 8. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with a gas stove, large oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker (some pods supplied), Scanpan cookware, Global Knives, and much more.

The upstairs master bedroom with queen-sized bed, walk in wardrobe, split system heating and air-conditioning, ensuite and its own large smart TV.

The downstairs master bedroom with queen-sized bed has beautiful garden views and a large wardrobe. The third bedroom contains 2 bunk beds (4 singles), built in robe, games, toys and stories for the kids.

The main bathroom has a bath and separate shower. The laundry has a washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities.

The private outdoor mineral Hot Tub will easily seat 6 Adults. We supply extra towels for the Hot Tub and Beach.

The wall of north facing windows in the living room opens out to a large and private deck, perfect for lazing in the sun. The deck is equipped with controllable louvers to let as much or as little sun as you like, a slim line area heater for cooler nights at the timber outdoor setting that will comfortably seat 8 adults and a 4 burner BBQ (mains gas).

The paved area in the garden is fantastic for the kids or a great place to relax with a drink in front of a fire in the cast iron chimenea.

If Covid causes you to cancel we will make every effort to ensure your deposit is fully refunded regardless of the policy when you booked.

The Mesh Wifi Network will ensure you can easily work from your luxury holiday home if you need to.

Your booking is for the whole house. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and amenities are provided and included in the price.

No schoolies groups, and we do not rent to groups under the age of 25. We have a no smoking and no pets policy.

This property is registered under Mornington Peninsula's Short Stay Rental Accommodation rates scheme. Registration STRA0079/18. Guests are reminded to abide by the Mornington Peninsula's specific rules for short stay guests, a full copy of the rules is available in the welcome book and can be provided upon booking.

Use of the Hot Tub is entirely at your own risk.

Check in is 2pm and check out is 11am.

We have a two night minimum. Long weekends and certain holidays have longer stay requirements.

A cot and high chair can be provided on request no extra cost.

Weekend Trip - Lou Lou’s Beach House
Recently stayed at this beautiful house and it far exceeded our expectations, believe it or not, the photos don’t do this house justice. The spa was such a lovely element to use and made the experience feel like an oasis. A super short drive to the beach and the house is in a quiet location. Communication with the host was efficient and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this to anyone!

Best Beach House Holiday
Thank you Peter for our fantastic holiday in your gorgeous, modern, and exceptionally well-appointed house! We were impressed with the cleanliness and the generous supplies to get us started and settled in. We appreciated the high-end, high-quality kitchen equipment and the range of household items such as plates and tongs, etc which re often in short supply or of poor quality. Our every need was well and truly catered for and any questions we had were very quickly attended to by the host. We loved the outdoor deck area for meals and relaxing and the outdoor heater and Vergola shelter meant we could quietly read outside until the evening or even in light rain. This was the perfect house for our family as there was plenty of room for everyone, TV's and board games for teenagers and children and we loved the privacy of the upstairs parents' retreat. Perfectly positioned for walks to the beach for a swim , coffee or gelati, or alternatively, we explored the bushland lake near th Boundry road shops and visited the cafes and cute shops to purchase a variety of edible delights and wine from the Mornington Penninsula. The supplied linen was professionally clean and crisp, and the comfort of beds and pillows were all exceptional and again, high quality and luxurious (which is not often the case). We would highly recommend Lou Lou's Beach House for all of these reasons and wouldn't hesitate to contact Peter to use Lou Lou's for a family holiday or perhaps a luxurious mum's weekend. Just exceptional and better than andy house I have rented in the past. It was well worth the money - its the perfect house in a perfect location. Cheers, Kim.

Excellent stay at Lou Lou’s Beach House
We loved our stay at Lou Lou’s, we couldn’t of asked for a better stay. Everything was provided and very well thought out. It was very clean and comfortable. We were supposed to check out at 10am but Peter kindly allowed us to check out at 3pm. We will definitely be going back for a longer stay. The neighbourhood was nice and quiet, we definitely highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Dromana. Look no further Lou Lou’s beach house will meet all your expectations and more! 😊
