We warmly invite you to our home with 3 bedrooms (2 Queen beds and 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with cook top, fridge and microwave, dishwasher, air conditioning, Wi Fi, fully equipped laundry, downstairs area with a ping pong table and TV. Futon couch for an extra large single bed. The property has a lovely back yard which is fully fenced. It is also a great starting point to explore the stunning Peninsula, unwind at the famous Hot Springs, enjoy all the local wineries, cafes, restaurants bars and parks. The Martha Cove boat ramp and the Safety Beach boat ramps are both located close by. Bring your runners and bike and follow the foreshore path all the way to Rye or walk along the boardwalk to the beach or to Martha’s Table, a brand new cafe, restaurant, grocer and cellar. Bust best of all enjoy the stunning views of the Port Phillip Bay and Arthurs Seat as the sunsets. THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT ACCEPT SCHOOLIES.
