Not a great place

The room was very big and clean sheets and comfy beds. That’s the positives. The negatives is that it’s expensive to stay and the walls are very dirty with brown stains in some rooms, carpet dirty, dryer was broken.

Convenient location, easily accessed, clean and spacious. Friendly efficient staff. Great full kitchen/cooking facilities. Only recommendation would be for them to provide a saucepan and a microwavable bowl. We had to cook our porridge in the frypan.

Clean and Convenient

Spent 4 nights here as my wife was in Cabrini Hospital and this was closest accommodation. Appreciated that the apartment was clean and spacious, but getting a bit tired in some areas and probably up for a refurbishment before too long.

The online photos misrepresent the age and condition of the property, which is quite old and poorly maintained. The amenities and cleanliness are average, and the rate charged is to far too expensive for this standard of accommodation

The apartments are close to a local Coles, and plenty of access to cafes and transport. It was a little noisy though being on a main road. The apartment was quite dated and could use a thorough clean and some new carpet throughout. That said, it was a reasonable overnight rate for a 2br apartment.

The parking was great, as was the size of the apartment - it was huge! Had everything : oven, cooktop, microwave, washing machine, dryer, toaster, iron etc. Bed was very comfortable. Only 5 minutes drive to Cabrini Hospital. The let down was that it was a bit shabby and tired. Needed some TLC. The garden area also needed attention- even mowing the grass would have made a difference . Didn’t really matter to me, but it might to others.

The only thing that was accurate was the location! It was a calamity of issues - from a smoke alarm beeping all night, bedroom light surging on all night in off position!, broken toilet seat, broken shower, filty and uncomfortable furniture - the list could be endless. Again, a wonderful location - but that doesn't excuse the disgrace that the rooms were in! It was so bad it's taken me weeks to write the review!

Loud rude other guests. Woken 7 times from other guests yelling, arguing running up and down central walk way. Motel promotes “quiet motel for the enjoyment of all guests”. That did not happen. Property is easy to get to reasonably clean.
