Very nice apartment building. We had a beautiful view over Flagstaff park and the city. Very convenient location. The only downside was the noise of the aircon from the school in front and the noise of the building site

The apartment was very nice & clean... it was also very well equiped. The building was quiet (all except one night when someone kept ringing our appt # from downstairs)... If i had to pick a negitive, it was the view from the balcony..
