Set on over 410sqm and with all the convenience of the Fitzroy North village [5min walk] and Nicholson st shops [1min]. Right on Linear Park and the Capital City bike trail to the Melbourne zoo (15min ride (free bike use, including an electric EBike which can carry 2 kids, plus the rider)). 1 minute walk to the #96 tram, which takes you to the Melbourne museum (9mins), the Melbourne cbd (15mins) or the eclectic and fabulous Fitzroy (5 mins). 5 minute walk to the #11 Brunswick st tram.
