Very nice hotel!! Close to public transit and we really enjoyed borrowing the bikes from the hotel. Great bike paths along the river!

Great stay cation

A local hotel which is always a great staycation option on extreme hot days. They are always welcoming to giving early check ins and late check outs during less busy times. Has an excellent level five fun level of a kids room, arcade room and Mario kart Wii room. Great food at mint lane restaurant too.

Great 5 day stay at Element.

We had a wonderful 5 day. The desk staff organized our disabled parking and we were free to come and go. The underground parking allowed us to easily transfer our luggage to our room. We ate at the restaurant several times and the food was very good and reasonably priced. Great bed and we will definitely return.

A high quality Hotel, would definitely stay here again. Exceptional cleanliness, comfortable King Size bed, lovely room, helpful staff in a quiet location with parkland nearby and the sound of Cockatoos outside. The tram stop immediately opposite gave easy access into the city and the on site restaurant and bar were very welcome after a busy day. With heavy luggage a lift to all floors made for easy access.

Great staff, rooms could uplift

Hotel staff were lovely. The facilities are getting a little rundown. Air con in room was not working however I was moved swiftly and provided a compensatory gift. A good stay but could do with some uplift in the rooms.
