Located on the cusp of Sorrento, this home’s vast open plan kitchen, dining, living areas and bedrooms all enjoy spectacular 180 degree views. Theres an internal lift with direct access from the carport.

During off peak times a late checkout can always be given upon request providing we don't have another group checking in that day.

This stunning home comfortably sleeps ten across several levels giving everyone the space to find their holiday vibe, there is even an internal lift for weary or little legs. This fully equipped home is perfect for guests want the feeling of being away from it all but still with cosmopolitan life on your doorstep.

Imagine evening cocktails on the deck after a day on the sand, while children play on the lawn below or teens gather in one of the home’s several entertaining areas. Located on the cusp of Sorrento, this homes vast open plan kitchen, dining, living areas and bedrooms all enjoy spectacular 180 degree panoramic views across the areas bushland and glistening
waters.

The chefs kitchen is an entertainers delight, including double door refrigerator, caesar stone bench tops and wine fridge. Sixteen solar panels help power the whole affair.

Outdoors provides a full length sun soaked timber deck balcony with barbeque, plus an additional private balcony leading off the sunken lounge that is warmed by an open fire. Theres also multiple split systems throughout, gas ducted heating and magnificent floor to ceiling windows that capture not only the views but also oodles of natural light.

This stylish beachside retreat places holiday makers at the centre of everything. The Mornington Peninsula is just over an hours drive from Melbourne and boasts world class golf courses, restaurants and wineries, its a holiday destination with something for everyone.

Your booking is for the whole house. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided and included in the price.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.

Sorry no hens, bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones.

Well behaved pet welcome but not on furniture or beds and all traces of pet need to be cleaned up prior to departure. Extra charges apply if this is not done.

Beautiful beach house.
We had 2 families stay, in total 8 people. The house was perfect for housing our families. Lots of room and nooks for us to hang to talk or read or eat. We had the best time catching up as a family during Easter. It was a relaxing and easy place to enjoy. Lovely walks around Blairgowrie and easy to get to most places. We didn’t have any issues and would highly recommend others to relax and enjoy the house and Blairgowrie.
