"We booked a twin room on Hotels.com but when we arrived at our room, it was one king bed. The twin bed information was not passed on to the hotel. However, the staff were so accommodating, with no fuss they brought the new room key to us and showed us to the new, upgraded accommodation (a 2 bedroom apartment) which made our stay very comfortable. Thank you Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort."

"Wir waren 3 Nächte in diesem Hotel und haben es geliebt. Das Haus ist sehr historisch und mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet. Das zugehörige Restaurant Circa ist ebenfalls sehr speziell und das Essen ausgezeichnet. Die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wieder in dieses exzellente Hotel gehen. PS.: Man sieht regelmässig Kängurus, Hasen und jede Menge schöne Vögel. "
