"I was surprised by how huge this hotel is. Go early for breakfast - it’s a stamped and seating v limited. Bed comfy room nice sized and quiet. wifi good. over priced self service snack bar had good choices incl alcohol but a PITA to use. Staff a bit thin on the ground. Very expensive and you won’t have much to look back on fondly for your money"
"My daughter and I booked a room for Friday night as we had attended the Great Christmas Feast at 13:00 held at the nearby Lost Estate.
We did not check in until 16:30 from the outside the hotel is freshly painted and is on a very quite road. On checking in we were met with a welcominhg smile and given room 52 on the lower ground floor. Our room had a window which seemed to lead onto an alleway. The room had aircon which we used as it was quite warm.
Our room had a double bed which was fine and spotlessly clean . There is a convenient local Sainsbury within a few minutes walk and we bought bottled water as there was none in our room.
After our show we headed to the Hand anf Flower a local Fulleres pub we only had starters and a dessert. Ending our evening with a bottle of wine in the room and a Christmas film.
We would happily stay here again. "
"We were made up with our stay here in the heart of Kensington. From checking in with Roberto he welcomed us with such enthusiasm. Our room was beautiful, roomy, spotlessly clean. We had drinks in the bar, the staff were very friendly. The hotel is situated on a quiet road. We would highly recommend anyone to stay here. "
