"Room was lovely and amenities very good including weight scales in the bathroom. Find that the mirror in the bathroom and the vanity bench depth makes it very difficult to apply makeup(woman’s prospective) designed by a male? Bed was luxurious! So comfy. Nice to have complimentary water bottles. Food and beverage very very expensive! Explains why Taco Bell and MacDonalds are across the road! Breakfast buffet very nice and catered for asians which was nice touch. Noted only 2 wait staff working...

"The room was very clean. It is near many things for families to do - water park, amusement park, shopping, etc. It was about a $47 NZ uber ride to downtown for 4 of us. We had a top floor suite with 2 separate rooms. They didn't have 24 hour desk service, but I found the check in process to be easy even though we didn't check in until about 2 a.m. due to flight issues. The next day they accomodated us with a late check out of noon and allowed us to store luggage until our flight out later...

"Stayed in a family room. Price for 2 adults and 2 kids was great. Very convenient location for an early airport departure. Great location for a visit to Rainbows End or Westfield and a choice of eateries on your doorstep. Staff were very lovely and helpful and room had everything we needed. The room was just very tired and in need of a little TLC to get it back to its former glory. Bed linen and towels were spotless"
