"This is a fabulous location. We had a large group of family and friends going to the Rose Bowl and stayed here for 3 days around the New Year. The property is amazing and is a very comfortable house to share with friends on a special trip. Everything went smoothly to check-in and the communication with the owners was exceptional. We didn’t get to enjoy the pool due to cooler weather but it would be great to be here on warmer days. Highly recommend. We would come back to stay here again!"

"Our host was amazing! He was always very responsive and friendly. The house is beautiful, perfect for our family of 11 and has a terrific view. We used the kitchen quite a bit and enjoyed the huge space for us to cook together. It was well stocked with utensils, dishes and small appliances. The driveway was large enough for our three vehicles. We also enjoyed the jacuzzi and the outdoor kitchen. We highly recommend staying here and making great memories!"

"I cannot say enough great things about this place. If you are looking for a comfortable, functional, with best views ever Malibu experience at a more than fair price this is the place. I cannot speak of beach access due to the weather but, we absolutely loved this place. You can get comfortable and actually live like you would at home. Super fast internet which was great and for us this place had everything we wanted. The views from both balconies are spectacular. Daniel is a great host, easy check in and check out, great communication and we did not feel like we someone was watching over us. There is plenty of room to spread out and for just 2 of us we had more than enough room. I think you could have 6 people stay here and not feel cramped. We will 100% book this place again. "

"The host was very welcoming. The house was beautiful with breathtaking views of the ocean. Very tastefully decorated. Overall was pretty well maintained. The projector system in the living was not ideal and would also suggest use of the garage for one car. "

"Place was great. We were visiting LA but did not want to stay in LA. The place itself is great. Super chill location, great views, very cozy. Would definitely stay here again if wanting to spend time in Malibu and the surrounding areas."
