The property itself was great. The staff were super lovely and the room was very nice and appeared to be recently renovated. Unfortunately nowhere did I read online that Venice beach has a large homeless population and it feels unsafe and unclean (lots of spray paint, garbage etc.). I was really shocked at the surroundings and will not return here for this reason.

Wish i could've stayed longer, but I did enjoy the time I was there. Staff was very helpful and understanding. Would go again for a longer stay.
