"Mark Studio Apartments are run by Cardiff Executive Apartments. There is no reception area. You call them on arrival and they text you details. We received alternative accomodation details in Jesmond which was off putting. We called back and not understanding why the change, we insisted on our original booking which they reluctantly gave us. "This property suited our needs as a small group (3 adults/1child) for a weekend in the Hunter. Sandra our host was very welcoming on our late evening arrival. The property offered a good sized living space and kitchen to come together in the evening for a meal and sample of our days purchases. The 3 bedrooms were a good size and comfortable. Due to the wet weather we weren't able to enjoy the outdoor seating. The games shed was great, well equiped with kids/adults activities. Some traffic noise...

"The new apartments were close to local entertainment with lots of good dining opportunities. The free parking was easy to access, safe and secure. Staff were all helpful, efficient and eager to maintain a high standard of presentation, safety and customer satisfaction. The stay was comfortable and not impacted by the proximity to the rail line or the nearby redevelopment construction works. I would be happy to seek further accommodation from this provider."
