"Breakfast (buffet) is a little expensive for my taste; however, you can get a discount if you talk to the front desk. The buffet is still a very convenient feature, specially if you schedule an early-hour tour to Toledo, Segovia,etc. Cafeterias and bars tend to open later in the morning."

"Excellent location. Easy traveling through transit. Staff is nice and polite. Very good healthy breakfast. We booked a small cute room perfect for solo traveler or a couple. Room is clean but I wish they have atleast a mini fridge and kettle in the room. Although they have a complimentary drinks from 11 am to 7pm. I just wish they have English translations. I had to googled how to adjust the air-conditioning temperature to a cooler setting. Overall it was a pleasant stay."

"El hotel está en un la ubicación muy buena 15 min caminando a la plaza mayor, 12 min a Downtown de Madrid, El Staff es muy amable, sus habitaciones son pequeñas , si llevas muchas maletas te vas a liar. Su cama muy cómoda aunque los almohadones que ponen sobre la cama como decoración estaban sucios, el baño es un espacio cómodo pero su ducha es muy complicada y el agua sale muy helada o extremadamente caliente es difícil lograr un punto tibio. Dentro de lo demás fue agradable"
