A charming private villa behind iron gates with a home, guest house, garden filled with david Austin roses, lavender, hydrangeas, wisteria, lemon, olive trees and gardenia plants that welcome you!

The outdoor pool area is refreshing to cool down, sunbathe or get excersize privately. The alfresco dining adjoins a fire pit area for cocktails, deserts or intimate conversations before meals allow for multiple use space outside.

All Hollywood tourist attractions, Hollywood Sign and hollywood bowl are nearby. It’s like having a private gated villa in a historical area in the middle of one on the most cities on earth.

The location is convenient to Beverly Hills, West Hollywood outings, hollywood studios, Melrose Ave shopping and Micheline star restaurant outside the front door. Walk to Starbucks. Ubers and Lyft come fast and are cheap here making it easy to be carless here.
